2: Instructions

• Detailed instructions are described in the template file.

• One oral, and in addition to it, one poster presentation can be accepted from each speaker (presenter).
• The executive committee will make the final decision of arrangement of the type of presentation (oral or poster) to be made.

3: Submission Form

• Abstracts must be sent using the electronic submission form via the registration website until 31 December 2009.
• Abstract submission deadline is extended by 15 January, 2010.
• Ultimate deadline for abstract submission has passed by 31 January, 2010.
• The only acceptable format is Adobe PDF (*.pdf).
• Please convert your abstract file into a PDF file by yourself before submission.
